Lost my old phone - new iPhone 13 purchased direct from Apple - new sim card installed & activated in EE store Clapham Junction - worked yesterday - this morning I'm getting no mobile signal or data at all - definitely not in a blackspot - can't call EE support as no mobile signal. Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi @Christopher_G thanks - I’ve actually resolved this issue now.
The issue was that I had ordered a replacement SIM card over the phone on Saturday and then went into an EE store yesterday to get a SIM card made quicker - once the sim I ordered over the phone arrived the sim that was made in store became redundant.
So the solution was to simply switch SIM cards over.

Have you tried restarting your phone? That should force it to look for the network again.
