No mobile Network in IP13

Please can you tell me of any Network problems in the IP13 area, I cannot phone or send a message to 150 for help.

You can check for any issues in your exact area here on our network status checker. Is it just that location you seem to be having problems in?

Hi Lesley

No I can't check anything online all I get is this service isn't working right now.

I have no idea if it's just my location, I thought perhaps you might be able to look that up for me at your end!

Neither me or my husband can phone or do live chat to EE so how on earth are we meant to solve this problem?

We have only had EE mobiles for 2 weeks not a good start, not happy!!!!!!!!!!!

I know how frustrating trying to get in touch without signal. Unfortunately we cannot access your account here on the forum. 

How long have you been having these problems for?

It has been 2 days. We drove 5 miles away and found a connection where I managed to phone the technical team who has informed me there are 4 masts out of order in my area and regrettably they have no idea how long it will be before we get our signal back. Unfortunately that is not good when we have no home phone and no working phone boxes nearby, we feel we have gone back to the dark ages!

As we have only had our Sim with EE for a couple of weeks and have got 30 days to cancel, this might be something we decide to do as we have never had this problem in all the years we have lived here with the different providers we have had.

I'm sorry the team didn't have better news for you. If you have WiFi at home and a compatible phone, WiFi calling may help while this is being worked on. You can find out more about that here Using WiFi Calling | Mobile Help | EE.

Thank you Lesley we can now make and take calls, although it is very quiet  and difficult for us to hear them and them us, at least we can do that now, I appreciate your help.

Do you know how I can access my account online, I can login ok but am unable to view my bills etc?

You may not be set up with full account holder access yet, is it just the billing area of the online account that doesn't seem to be working? Are you getting any kind of error message?

I linked my mobile to the account, reset and all is well now. Thank you
