No internet or phone service

I am on my 4th day of no internet or phone coverage. I have asked for updates but they are very sparse.

Thanks for coming back to the community.

Have you checked the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker to see if there are any outages for your area? 

If you select 'Check status' this will show any reported problems.

Yes there is a problem in my area, this has been going on since Friday. I have registered for updates but they are very few. There is not update & EE can not advise when it will be fixed.

Not really ideal for my circumstances

As soon as we have further updates, the network team will text or email you. 

Are you able to use WiFi calling?
