We have little to no network coverage inside or in the nearby area outside our house. We are lucky to get 1 bar on any of our phones. This causes major problems when trying to call people when you cannot use WiFi calling eg doctors. Hospital. We also struggle to receive security codes that are sent through as text messages.
This has been going on for a number of years. I have been with EE/Tmobile/one2one for over 20 years, but am feeling very let down and frustrated at the fact we can't make calls.
The coverage checker on the site says "little to no 5g coverage indoors', but we have the same with 4g,3g and 2g also. If there is no coverage for our area, why were we not told this before I entered into the most recent contract with you?

A few bits in here. WiFi-calling allows full use of your phone for calls & texts, so I'm not sure why you think you can't call certain numbers via WiFi-calling?
I suspect you're confused with various calling apps, which do indeed only allow usage between users of the app. If you have WiFi-calling enabled and active, then you can make & receive calls to or from any other phone - you are just replacing the mobile network with a WiFi-connection. Your incoming & outgoing calls still use EE's central network for routing to other networks (both mobile, fixed-line & non-geographic) in the exact same way.
EE's 3G network was switched off nationally quite a while ago.

Hi @Holland04
You mentioned that the network checker showed little to no 5G coverage. What did it show if you clicked on the 4G and 2G tabs on the same page?
There would be no 3G coverage as this has been switched off nationwide.
Has it been happening since before you last renewed the contract?
Michael
