Have you checked EE network status order: https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status

• Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
• What device do you have and was it from EE.
• Have you tried restarting your device.
• Can you connect to EE WiFi calling service.
• Does this happen just at this postcode.

When you say no service your device does not receive any connection.

Have you ever had coverage in your home? In other words, do you live in a no-coverage area or has there been a change at some point?
