Since two months in my house no service on the phone.

Have you checked EE network status order: https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status

  • Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
  • What device do you have and was it from EE.
  • Have you tried restarting your device.
  • Can you connect to EE WiFi calling service.
  • Does this happen just at this postcode.

When you say no service your device does not receive any connection.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
