I seem to have an ongoing issues where i can send and recieve calls and and even though my phone shows 4G+ i cant access anything that requires a data conection, This has happened a few times now and does eventually right itself but does anybody have any advice as to what could be causing it?
I am currently at work and my friend here also is on EE but has no issue.
I have turned my phone off/on tried reconnecting to EE but still no luck, it works fine if connected by wifi or mobile hotspot.
I am using an S22 ultra, (software is fully up to date)

Does VoLTE show onscreen when this happens? Does it make any difference if you disable mobile data and then try using it?

Hi this is happening in multiple locations. My wife had the same issue yesterday 12 miles away from my location on her phone (same device).
I'm beginning to wonder if it's something with EE compatability with the Samsung

Hi Yes VoLTE does show on the screen when this happens, no change if mobile data is disabled.

I had same problem on Samsung Galaxy A15. Solution is to switch off power saving mode and phone returns to 5g reception.
