Done that yesterday and today. Says EE are aware of problems but nothing more.

That would be a great idea if I had any mobile signal to call them as there is only a phone contact in the link you have provided.

If you're on a pay monthly contract, you could try the chat service on the EE app, @Cornwallmatt21. It's under the 'help' section.

It's encouraging that the status checker recognises a known issue, that's half the battle.
