Hi @Cornwallmatt21

Welcome to the community.

Could you pop your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status' please? It should let you know if we're aware of any problems in your area and give you updates, if you register for them.

Done that yesterday and today. Says EE are aware of problems but nothing more.

OK, thanks @Cornwallmatt21

I recommend speaking to our technical support team so they can look into this a bit deeper for you.

That would be a great idea if I had any mobile signal to call them as there is only a phone contact in the link you have provided.

If you're on a pay monthly contract, you could try the chat service on the EE app, @Cornwallmatt21. It's under the 'help' section.

It's encouraging that the status checker recognises a known issue, that's half the battle.

You can also use the "keep me posted" link on that page.
