Past few days now both our EE phones have had very poor, to no service, today we cannot make calls or text.. I believe we connect to a local cell in Newton-le-Willows. Does anyone know what is going on?

You have likely used the "check coverage" option.
Click on "check status" instead - this searches for known issues in your chosen location, and also includes a "report a problem" link to send details of suspected issues.

Hi Northerner, thanks for the reply.
I've looked at the coverage in the link you sent, yet the coverage is apparently good.
Several phones in my area are not picking up signal j- or very weak signal - since about 3days ago.. Just have to wait and see if it is all the stormy weather. 🤔
