I assume it's the signal but I'm not very techy. When I woke up this morning, I had no signal on my mobile phone. Can't make calls or send texts even to 150.
My phone isn't 4G as it's an older feature phone used just for calls and texts. I assume the problem is 2G signal? I tried to check the EE service status online but it's saying this service isn't available right now?
I don't have another device for phone calls so currently unable to contact anyone by phone

Sounds like a coverage issue to me - losing service prevents calls, texts or mobile data from working, regardless of what number you're trying to call or text. Try restarting your phone just as a precaution, incase coverage has returned but the phone hasn't picked it up yet.
If that fails to resolve, then all you can do is to wait until service is restored - you could try using the coverage tool from a different browser. The other common suggestions of using WiFi-calling or the coverage tool on the mobile app, I suspect won't apply in your case.

Hi @Namenames
There are some basic steps to take and check which will help determine where the problem may be.
Have you tried turning your device off and back on?
If you're on Pay as you go, please check if it has fallen into hibernation. You can find out more on our Pay as you Go hibernation page.
Do you know of anyone else on EE that is also facing the same issue, or have you been able to test your phone outside of your home area?
The coverage checker appears to be working when we have tested it, so you may need to clear your browser cookies/cache then try again.
If you're still unable to load the coverage checker you'll need to call customer service from an alternative phone.
