When I check whether there are any network issues in my area it says there are problems with an estimated time to fix of 16 hours or maybe a little longer. This is the same message that I have been getting for more than a month now so really losing faith. My network speed is rubbish, 8Mb download a minute ago. I am on the 5G mobile router and a Pixel 6 which are both having the same issue. The phone gets better speeds away from home so it is a local issue. I was told a week ago I would get a full refund of last month's costs which has not happened. Other than continuing to pay for a rubbish service has anyone any suggestions for what to do?
