Network issues in Coventry

The EE network has been a joke for a month now!!!  There are constant
problems. Connection issues, the internet works like it did 10 years ago
(3G connection), my friends are also having problems with this network.
This is happening across the whole of Coventry.

Thank you for your reply. I think EE is well aware of the problem but
hasn’t done anything about it for over half a year… There are constant
issues with this particular BTS. I’ve provided the Cell ID, Physical Cell
ID and EARFCN for this BTS. No improvement for over half a year… I’ve also
provided the router’s parameters: RSRP -80db, RSRQ -10db, SIRN 8db… I’ve
already switched operators so I don’t have to get annoyed any more… Maybe
one day EE will start taking its customers seriously… then I’ll think about
coming back… Best regards
