As a first port of call, it's worth checking to see if there are any known issues in your area via our network status checker here 😊
Restarting your phone or going in and out of flight mode can also often fix a temporary drop in connection.
If it did turn out to be a loss of signal in the area, provided you have WiFi at home and a compatible phone, you can use WiFi Calling to help keep connected as normal for calls and texts.
