Network fault

Be any ee customer for a very long time and they were always very good but now we have had ee knowing about a fault on a mast for 18months and do nothing to fix it, I was getting 25-30mpbs 4g, now I can barely make a phone call sometimes. They show they have a fault, but isn't a priority for them.

Long-standing faults can be frustrating, but that doesn't mean they're not priorities. There could be an external or third party issue needs resolving, that's outside EE's control.

Hi, yes i have, but I've had to stop them as I got the same notification everyday saying there is a problem, then saying its resolved at the end of each day. Then the same the next day. Ex5 3dw check for yourself.
