I live in Worcestershire and over a year ago our Cellphone mast was burned down in a rural fire. It hasn't been replaced and mobile service is inadequate. Do we need to switch suppliers or will EE do something about it?

@PaulBishampton  Have you called and spoke with customer services about this ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I called 150 but there were no options to complain/ speak with customer services...

It's certainly unusual for a site in this scenario to not be reinstated after such a period of time. Out of interest, was this a greenfield tower or a rooftop site?
