Net work issue

Hi,

I lost my mobile on 10-04-2025 and took a new sim very next day ,after some days i got my phone in my car itself, from that time I'm not getting network, 

So,please unblock network

Thanks for explaining what is happening, when you lost your phone did you report it lost/stolen with our customer service team? 

If so they would have placed a blacklist on the IMEI number, you will need to Contact Us to advise you have now found your device.
