NO NETWORK

Hi,

I've had no signal or data for a week now, the update just advises the same thing, the mast is being updated and should be sorted in the next 8hrs....? This is now really annoying me, asno info other than this is being offered, i'm paying for a service that I don't have!

Unfortunately, sometimes a fault fix can be delayed - that there's a recognised fault is encouraging.

Anywhere that you're indoors, you can use WiFi-calling to keep calls & texts moving.

Actually, I have no phone signal at all, so no wifi either as my internet at home is powered by smarty as a router only with a sim card, the issue is the nearby mast!! No 02, no EE, no Three!! So I have 3 of the above networks, and none work!!
