Morning all. I’ve had my fill of Vodafone customer services failures and have decided after many years at VF to jump ship. I’m in Norfolk and have decided to change network providers and have shortlisted EE O2 as alternative providers. Has anyone else had this dilemma and decided which network provider is best to move to?? Love to hear your comments.

@Graevo7 Your asking on a EE network forum that’s owned by EE to give you a recommendation on which network is better for you, EE or O2. Do I really have to answer that lol, It’s not what network is best it’s what network provides you the network coverage in your area/s You’re best option is to get a PAYG sim from both networks and test the reception.

Hi @Graevo7,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
You can view the predicted EE coverage in your area at coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee.
Hope this helps.

Use the network status checkers to get an idea of coverage in the areas you'll want to use your phone, then test using a real-world PAYG SIM - that's the most reliable test of which network is best.
National benchmarking surveys show EE outperforms O2 for data service on a general basis, but there will always be local differences and there is no one single network that is perfect everywhere.
