As @Schockwave said, more information will help us to help you.

If it's signal related, often turning 'airplane mode' on/off can help your phone search for a signal. If that doesn't work, it's worth checking your postcode on our network status checker. It will let you know if we're aware of any maintenance works in your area, or let you report a problem if we're not.
