My data isn't connecting properly my apps aren't opening having trouble to do with everything online. It's been like this for over 12 months now and it's has nothing to do with the engineers this is ridiculous and very annoying

Is this problem consistent across mobile data & WiFi?

Given you've had this issue for a year but not posted on here previously, what specifically has been tried or checked so far?
