For around 2 days now, my phone keeps coming up with a message saying “no sim available” and then my signal will not work until I turn my phone off and on again. This morning I tried the same but it just stays as no sim available. I have contacted Apple & they have said the issue is with EE, however I can’t contact ee as I can’t make calls or texts & the app is under maintenance so I can’t use the live chat. I am unable to get to the store but need to get it sorted asap. I have tried resetting network settings, removing sim & putting it back but nothing seems to be working

The message suggests a SIM issue. Have you tried your SIM in another working phone, or if you have a dual-SIM device, in the other slot?
