Hi
Since yesterday 7pm mobile Internet is not working.Signal strength full, when disconnecting WiFi, those little arrows didn't come on next to the EE symbol. Phone restarted and switched off multiple times, even switched to a different phone to check, still nothing. Sim only contract with unlimited everything. Really need a solution, can't work without Internet.
TIA

Have you toggled mobile data on the affected device?
If that fails, try a 2way SIM-swap with the working phone. See if the problem follows the SIM or remains with the phone.

I have tried turning on and off.
Unfortunately that is only a back up phone, with no simcard in it, in case something happens to the main one.

You can still try putting the SIM that you have in the spare phone.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I received this explanation from support.
I see the site that is giving coverage in your area has degraded performance for voice or data services and work is required but may take some time to complete. You might have service available, but you will experience issues such as fluctuating/no signal or calls drops.
Not the solution what I was expecting.

Thanks for the update @Skorl
I'm sorry to hear that there is a network problem in your area. Our engineers will be working to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
