MS Teams Issues using 4g mobile router

Hi all. I recently purchased an EE 4g mobile router. I have had issues logging into teams. I cant log in either online or through the app. In terms of speed, it is not great but varies between say 8 to 25. I stream films etc without any issue. I don't always use a vpn with teams but do sometimes for my mail. Are there any settings on the router that I should be changing to 'allow' teams to work better? I cant log in at times and make calls etc. Now I just cant seem to log in at all. Im wondering might it be an issue with my teams account? thanks.

Are you able to log into teams OK when using a different internet connection?

If you connect other devices to the mobile router do these work OK?
Have you been able to check your area for any known issues using the Network Status Checker?

hi. so in relation to this issue EE 'refunded' me some of the money I had paid in a couple of stages. I have a cheque which I didnt pay in at the time. I called last week and they said they would transfer the money into my account but would call me within 72 hours. they have done neither. how can I escalate this? I cant get through on the phone. unsurprisingly.

Hi. as a result of a poor service, hi 'refunded' me some of the money I had paid for the service. I have a cheque which I didnt pay in at the time and now more than 6n months old. . I called last week and they said they would transfer the money into my account but would call me within 72 hours. they have done neither. how can I escalate this? To follow up a refund request you'd need to contact the Customer Service billing team again so they can investigate the refund for you.
