Hi
on Monday 23/10/23 we a maintenance carried out in my are NR6 in Norwich which was meant to last 5 days. They finished early in the Wednesday, but now I have lost all signal at home. Where I had 3 out4 bars now. When I go out side I may get 1 or 2 bars. I’ve restarted my iPhone 14 as suggested in text but nothing changed. I know it’s not a phone issue as when I go elsewhere there’s no problems. Any suggestions?

Thanks for coming back to the community.
Could you check the status of the network in your area, if you enter your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status'?
This will show you if we have any problems reported in the area.
Leanne.

Please select the 'check status' option, this will show you any reported problems. Does anything show?

It’s says there is maintenance being completed to up grade your service it should be completed in 2 days. So why text me with the message that it’s now completed?

I am sorry this is taken longer than expected @Mikethorpe27 this may have needed further work than planned.
Once we have further details you will receive an update if you register your details.
Leanne.

To add, there's nothing inherently wrong with "only" having 1 or 2 bars, the onscreen guide is just a rough indicator of service - different phones can register different number of bars for the exact same signal.
It's also possible that the perceived coverage may reduce, if higher-band carriers are added - which can lead to a better overall service.
Best wait for the planned works to complete, and then monitor your service.
