UK's best network is what is advertised by EE. It should change to WORST NETWORK.
Since last 10 days, inside connectivity is lost from my in contract EE mobile phone. Since then at least 15-20 times tried to reach EE. Nothing progressing. Calls backs from EE are disconnected automatically due to network issue and getting text messages from EE that no issue in the network. The data speed is 10 KBPS.
Worst from EE that noone is looking into such. Paying such huge charges for this kind of service.

Hi @udaypingale
Welcome to the community.
What kind of phone are you using? Do you get similar speeds on other EE devices, if you have any?

@udaypingale Try enabling WiFi calling on your device. You’ll then get a network connection via your WiFi to make/receive calls and texts.

Is this happening in every indoor location, or just a particular one? If there is a network issue, I would expect it to only affect locations covered by the affected site.
WiFi-calling is EE's recommended solution to any indoor coverage issue, and works very well.

Hi @udaypingale
Could you check the status of the network in your area, if you enter your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status'?
Does this show we have signal problems reported in the area?
Leanne.

its confusing as sometimes it says there is prob, and when i ask them to notify; I get message after few hours saying prb resolved, restart device. If still there is problem, contact 150. bottomline prob still remains...

Hi @udaypingale
If you report the problem on the status checker, the network team will get this looked into for you.
Leanne.

So did you contact CS to report the problem still being evident?
You can contact them on 0800 0798586 from another phone if necessary.
