I'm really at my wit's end.  I left 02 because of awful signal but this is worse. I can't access anything . I've been to the shop , they've changed my sim but no better . I've emailed EE ,, no answer. What on earth do I do here. I'm trying to run two businesses and this is impossible

EE has no email contact so I'm not sure what address you've sent tht to.

The first check is to use the coverage checker - https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee "check" coverage" predicts the normal service in your area, "check status" searches for known issues.

What is the predicted service in your area? Do other EE users have similar problems there?

@SamConley   Are you using the same device you used on o2 ?  If you are can you try your EE sim in a different device?      And is this poor signal in all locations you go too ?    This is very important as it could be a device issue not a network issue.
Have you tried using Wi-Fi calling when you’re connected to WiFi ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hiya. Many thanks for replying. No it's the new Samsung galaxy S22 Ultra I got from EE with the contract . WiFi calling is what they keep saying but it's not always available when I'm out off the office ,, I need mobile alot of the time. Appreciate your response!

Many thanks ! Appreciate this. Coverage checker says it should be very good outdoors and good indoors . Not the case unfortunately.
