I’ve been with EE since 2017 with multiple contracts, but recently I’ve been experience lack of coverage for my 5G, and since last month when I changed my place of work, specifically there, there’s no coverage at all for 5G. I still have 12 months contract. Is there any chance I get my early termination fee waved because of the issues I’m having? Regards

When you say you're experiencing a "lack of coverage for my 5G", do you mean you're not getting any 4G or 5G coverage at all or is it just specifically 5G that you're not seeing as often? And is this when you are out and about or particularly when you are indoors at your place of work?
Unfortunately if you've taken out a contract and then moved, this would not be EE's responsibility and you would have to see out the rest of your contracted term or pay an early termination charge.
EE also cannot guarantee indoor coverage and have features like WiFi Calling which are designed to allow you to make calls and text over a WiFi connection when indoors.

EE's radio network is multi-technology and doesn't guarantee any specific "G" (radio access technology) at any specific location.
Furthermore, 4G is generally regarded as the base layer, and any 5G phone intentionally falls back to 4G anytime 5G is unavailable. Is that not happening?
WiFi-calling is always available to mitigate for indoor coverage issues where they occur.
