The internet doesn’t work properly in many places. In some areas, there’s no direct 5G signal either. It’s been causing a lot of disruption and has been very frustrating for the past month.

@Usman32 Not all area's are covered and especially 5G wise, use the signal checker to see where EE has service in the Mobile Help.

@Usman32 , you should still be able to get 4G if 5G is not available, which should not cause any issues or disruption.
