Everyone around me who uses ee phone cards has a full cell signal. But my ee has only one cell signal for a small part of the day.

@YuxChen you’ve also ruled out the network so it could be a device setting or your SIM card has an issue. You can go to an EE store with in date photo ID or you can call customer services and request a replacement SIM card via them

I was able to get a full signal after exchanging phone cards, which ruled out the cell phone

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?
Did your SIM work in another phone?
