I’ve never been so frustrated with the EE app and EE website
I’m an existing customer and all I want is a pay you go SIM card for an extra device in case of an emergency
I have needed this in case I lose my mobile phone I need a backup. I only have a device and a contract I just want a SIM card so in the eventuality I want to lose my mobile phone I would have a back up there and then

Hi @SimonBear79
Welcome to the community.
We have a dedicated page for ordering a new pay as you go SIM on our website.
The SIM would come with a pack, giving minutes, texts and data each month when you top up, but it can be cancelled by texting STOP PACK to 150.
Alternatively, if you visit an EE Store, they can get you set up with a SIM.
If you do have a SIM as a back up, you would need to make sure there is some kind of chargeable activity at least once every 179 days to prevent the SIM from going into hibernation and then being potentially disconnected.

To add if you're an existing pay monthly customer do not log in, they systems are different & PAYG wouldn't be possible, just do it without logging in if you're pay monthly
