Garbage coverage in Worcestershire and other areas!

On a business 5g contract with my new S22. Sick of updating phone, resetting, toggling Airplane Mode on/off. Fed up of " there's no issue in your area"

Phone indicates 5g with 2 bars....Freezes on emails, Internet downloads just hang, and if it goes to 5 bars 4g...I may as well just go home and use the landline. When on 4g (unlike the old days, when Phone was fast..ish), the phone just hangs. EE is not Everything Everywhere, its total B.S! Wish my company had never put me on this contract. Have previously put sim in my old iPhone...same old, same old... so it isn't the phone.

If your phone is freezing & locking up, it's got a fault.

The mobile network won't cause a device to do this, it will either be caused by the phone itself or an app you have installed.

Your post is headed "garbage coverage" but if you have good service showing on your phone's screen then self-evidently that is not the issue. I'm not sure what your issue with 4G service is, as to why you feel the need to use a landline instead?
