Emergency calls only

On the Isle of Wight got up this morning phone says emergency calls only,  I took sim out and put it back  , I turned phone off and on  , I turned airplane mode on and off  , even on wi fi calling it says no service no connection but it is connected to the wi fi . I'm housebound so phone is my lifeline.  It's contract not payg have checked what providers are available just says 02 and Vodafone doesn't say ee .

Try making a call with WiFi-calling enabled. Are you able to make a call?

Your network search shows a lack of EE coverage where you are - whether through fault or no-service area. The "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker hopefully lists this. If not, use "report a problem" in the meantime.
