Does your phone have coverage indicators showing?

If not, select "check status" on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee 

Yes he does and my data is working perfectly

That rules out a coverage issue. What happens when someone calls you, both on your phone and that of the callers?

Can you make outgoing calls OK? Have you inadvertently set a "do not disturb" mode?
