EE problems

Since beginning of March in the xxx xxx area we have had about 10 issues that have run over a few days, we have our broadband and phone with EE and both products are getting not fit for purpose.
EE used to be the most reliable network but my husband is on Vodaphone and is getting g a better service just lately.
Is  it just our area or is it time to switch?

Hello @Chelbb

Welcome to the community.

I am sorry to hear this.

When you search your area using the Network Checker does it report any known issues?

Katie

Hiya
Yes it shows a problem in our area.
It is happening more and more.
Today I need to phone the hospital but signal isn’t good enough and hubby is at work so will have to get in the car and drive to find a good signal ☹️

Is this for fixed Home BB or mobile BB? The EE Network Status Checker is only applicable to the mobile network.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

It sounds like you're reliant on EE's mobile network for both your home broadband & mobile service - and this could be unfortunate if there are service issues there.

I would always advocate having two alternative comms technologies at home, incase of problems with one. EE's recommended solution for indoor coverage issues would be WiFi-calling, but in this case you would need this to be provided by another technology.

Out of interest, what are the issues you're having?
