I am on Day 5 of not being able to receive or make calls on my Cell No.
Only Whatsapp is working
EE Help tells me they have checked the Signal and all their Equipment to this PC is working.
I went to a Phone Shop in Totton Precinct and phone worked perfectly.
Phone Shop bloke tells me other EE users / people have come to report the same problem.
So...someone at EE Helpline is talking a load of BS by saying they ahave checked and Signal is fine.!
I cannot talk to EE from my Home PC to resolve this.
So i will have to go back to Phone shop in Totton to call from there.!
Anyone else having this problem.?
Not Good.

Basics first.
Voice calls, texts & mobile data all use the same network signal. WhatsApp, BBC News, Messenger, etc - all these are internet-apps and just need an internet connection to function. That internet connection can be WiFi or mobile data.
So... does your phone show a mobile network signal? If it doesn't, and other phones in the same location do, try a 2way SIM-swap.
Put your non-working SIM in a working phone, what result?
