We has gone terrible over last 18 months, they don’t know what’s wrong but it’s costing me money now, if they knew the problem they would fix it, 36 dropped calls in on day, sort your **bleep** out ee

If you're experiencing dropped calls when coverage is displayed, you have a fault and should report that.

I'm just a user like yourself, I've said nothing of the sort!
You should follow the CS escalation process if they're refusing to investigate faults.

What have you done, investigation-wise, to eliminate a phone fault?
