Data has disappeared?

My signal dropped from 4/5 bars of 5G to 1 bar of 3G. EE say they’ve recently fixed a problem in my area - but I still can’t make calls or use data. I’ve submitted a fault request, any ideas what I can do?


Im using an iPhone and a 4G router for my home data. This has worked really well for years. 

Im in the B74 area and now can’t work, so I’m super keen to get this sorted.

The signal dropped on the 26th November, I know this because my CCTV stopped working.

If both your EE devices are affected, submitting a fault report via the status checker was absolutely the right thing to do.
