DNS Resolution Isssue

Hi

My company website has a DNS resolution issue with EE, where do I find someone that can help with this?

No other carriers or service providers have this issue for our business website.

It is an urgent issue for us to resolve as website is getting this error - 

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR and wont load in browsers.

The site fails to load on EE with ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Confirmed working when using 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) DNS on the same EE connection, so this points to an issue with EE's DNS resolution rather than our hosting or SSL setup. No other carrier or ISP shows this problem.

This is urgent — it's blocking customers from reaching our business website.

We can absolutely look into getting this raised.

Could you please let me know a few more details about the issue you've noticed here, specifically if it's EE mobile, EE broadband, or both kinds of connection that are affected here?

Also has it been 100% of customers affected here, or could this be linked to users that have our content lock enabled?
