Why on earth am I paying for a service that is constantly down! Its been 2 days with no coverage

  I wouldn’t say 2 days is considered as constantly down.   You don’t say if this is in one area or every location you go too.    

I’m sure you read the T&Cs of your contract about network issues out of EEs control.
