I am having issues being heard on calls. Is there an issue or has some setting changed that I need to look at?

I'd recommend checking for problems in your area using the Network & Coverage Tool.

Put in your postcode and choose your phone model, then click 'Check Status' to see if there are any issues in your area.

Has this only started happening recently?

What's the issue you're having with outgoing audio?

And is the issue location-specific?

There had been some maintenance activity, however, despite numerous power down and restarts, I tried it again and jissue resolved! Bizarre.
