Does anyone know what has happened to the Cell tower at Alby, Near Aylsham, Norfolk. There is currently no signal from it? it looks like its had Cells removed. Does anyone know the contact details to find out?

If this is impacting other people as well as yourself, you can report a problem through the network checker that @Northerner mentioned above.
Alternatively, if you contact our tech guides, they can look into this further for you.

Have you checked the EE network status checker for any information.

Thanks

What do you mean by having "cells removed"? Could you be meaning the antennas are being swapped out, this would require removal of the existing ones first.
If this is a greenfield tower, the antennas would be mounted to the headframe, if it's a rooftop site then they could be mounted on the outside of the building or on rooftop steelwork.
The customer point-of-contact for all network issues is either CS on 150, or the status website already posted.

Thank you for the replies, i kind of know all of those as information, i install 4/5g systems. I specifically want to know why a tower would stop working. and who to ask? The techs from EE can't answer this.

As per my previous post, you referenced "cells removed" - if you mean the antennas are missing due to swapout, that would be a reason.
Were you able to make & receive calls when you were in visual line-of-sight?

yep done all that, but EE have never replied

I would recommend giving our tech guides a call @Peterleete01.
They will be able to look into the network in the area in more depth for you.
