Hi, I have the same problem as bob. There is no point in phoning 150 as I won't hear them. Any other suggestions as I am a vulnerable older female who might need to phone emergency services

Are you experiencing a complete, 100% loss of all outgoing audio on every call regardless of location? Do you hear the ringtone? Or does audio come & go during calls?
Do you have any issues with any of your phone's other audio functions, such as video streaming? How long has this been a problem?

The problem I was having seems to have resolved itself over night. I can now hear callers. I switched my phone off for 8hrs and it was functioning normally when it was switched back on. There is nothing wrong with my phone so I don't know what happened after I changed to EE. I did see a post somewhere where they said it could take 24hrs after installation for their phone to work properly
