Unfortunately had nothing but trouble with EE appalling service, no signal all weekend no WIFI and I pay a small fortune for my WIFI and mobile phone that I can’t use on regular occasions. 
No help or advice as every time I try to call EE it doesn’t ring out and the online help services don’t exist. Disgusting service and I can not wait to change my provider.

@Jdp95  Have you checked to see if there a network issue in your area ?  You can use THIS  and click the check status tab.     But is this issue in one location or everywhere you go ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

What device are  you getting your WiFi from? If this is home broadband, then it's different technology and a different network to that of your mobile.
