5g

Can anyone tell me why I can’t get 5g network? I’m paying for it on my contract and I’m in an area that does have 5g. Do I need to do anything special to my phone or should I contact ee directly about it?

Iphone 11, i know its not the latest but when we upgraded in the shop the guy told us we could have 5g. We have checked our bill and we are paying for 5g. Thanks for your reply

Sorry @Lynsey0201   but the iPhone 11 is not a 5G phone.

The first iPhone with 5G is the 12.

Good luck @Lynsey0201  hope you get it sorted out, whilst a 5G sim will work happily in a 4G phone, it won't give you 5G.
