Hi I’ve had a contract with you guys and it’s now finished but my network has been disconnected and I need it fix plz

EE's contracts don't just end, just the minimum term does - your service and billing continues unless you explicitly request cancellation as queried already.

What do you mean by your "network has been disconnected"?
