4G mast issues in Argyll and Bute

Thought that i may as well post here, seeing that phoning or using the online chat is getting me nowhere at all, or at least no further forward at all.
I have posted in the past as regards the mast across from my address being brand new, and it has now been on and mostly working for a year now. It has had several issues during this past year, these are eventually resolved, although there seems to be a bit of a recurring issue, the current issue is not that.

So, since the 07/12/22 one of my sims, my partners phone(Huawei P30), can send and receive texts, cannot make or receive calls and cannot access mobile data. My answer was, just use the wifi, i'll look at it in a bit. So a week later when i get around to looking at it, i try swapping her sim to my phone(huawei P30 pro) and vice versa, queue both of us now having exactly the same issue, weird. But, the 4g router is still working (huawei B818-263), so i take the adventurous step of rebooting the router, now, since the 14/12/22 all 3 devices have the same issue. I would normally work from home, and our internet is purely powered by this 4g router, so off i go to the office 10-ish miles down the road, airplane mode on then off, and my phone is working perfectly as it usually does. Go home after my shift, still no connection. So, i ask the neighbours, 2 of the neighbours have exactly the same issue. Off to report to EE, yes, we see there's an issue, engineers will come and fix it etc. Two days later, engineers up at the mast, the neighbours router gets reconnected and is still working today a week later, i still have the same issue on all 3 devices, i have taken 2 of the phones out of the house and driven to get connected to the next mast along the road, and they work fine on that mast, but not at all back home. So i contact EE to be told, well, the mast is faulty and it is awaiting a part which is why it is still offline, this however does not explain why my neighbours 4g router is still connected and still working. If everyone was offline, it would just be tough luck, and we would need to wait for the mast to get fixed, but i cannot understand how the neighbours router is connected and working and no other device will work. I guess i'm just looking for advice from anyone on here that might have a better clue than the first line advisors who seem to struggle with any explanation beyond, the mast is faulty, just use your home wifi until the mast is resolved.

The image above is my mast, well, the only one that can be connected to at this address, until this mast went live there was no signal at all here, not even to make emergency calls on any network.

I've not exhaustively read all the detail in your post, but are you saying that some devices get coverage in this location and some don't?

Have you tried swapping SIM between working & non-working devices to see where the problem follows?

None of the sims for my 3 devices work when swapped between those devices, or when using either my work device or old spare devices, my concern was that for some strange reason suddenly all 3 devices had stopped working, and all were huawei, but I have since tested with samsung, one+ and apple, so that rules that out to my mind.

My neighbour has the 5g ee router thing, and he can still get a connection, albeit slower than when it is all working as intended.

If I take my devices away from this mast, i.e. a few miles down the road in either direction until they latch onto the next mast they work perfectly and instantly as soon as they change cell/mast. So the issue has to be the mast at home, its the only mast contactable/visible/connectible. This does leave the very confusing, why does my neighbours 5g ee device still manage to connect when nothing of mine can, and neither can our other neighbours. I can accept that the mast is faulty, its been faulty almost once a month since it got switched on, I just cannot fathom why my neighbour can connect.

Try swapping SIMs between a known-working device and a non-working one.

See if the problem follows the SIM or remains with the device..

As stated in both the initial post and the previous reply, the devices work, and the sims have been swapped into other known working devices, the only thing getting any of these devices to work is travelling a few miles away from my home location until I am in range of another mast. This doesn't help massively as one of the sims is my home 4g router, so great that it works, not great that it doesn't work at home.

Hi @evilsoss

Thanks for coming here.

The network team will keep you updated on the service issues if you have signed up for updates on the network status checker.

Sorry, we would not know why your neighbours device is connected and to which mast.

Please see our Mobile signal issues | Improve your reception, Help page for reasons why signal may be impacted.

Leanne.

Are all your devices EE-supplied? And SIMs pay-monthly?

There could be an underlying reason with VoLTE-reliance on B20-only sites such as this.

both phones are EE supplied and pay monthly, the third sim for the router is also pay monthly, but supplied by me.
