I came to EE for mobile phone and data earlier this year and at that time 4G signal/coverage in CA12 4RD was very good. However for several weeks now it has been very poor. I am unable to stream anything, and internet access is very slow.
I have called EE a few times, and the last time (about 3 weeks ago at beginning of October) I was told that this was a temporary issue due to mast upgrading which would be resolved within two weeks. Can you tell me if this is indeed a known temporary issue, and if so when it will be resolved?
I need the ability to steam video, etc. so if this can’t be resolved quickly I need to cancel and switch to a provider with reliable 4G in this area.

You can also register there for updates and also report if there is a problem in your area.
Just taking another look at what you have written, if there is a mast issue there, this will depend if they need access to the mast or need equipment to repair it, this can take time, unfortunately, nothing is infallible.
We cannot give you the information here, as this is not customer service, but a public forum.
