Cannot use internet with mobile data

For the past couple of weeks every time I leave the house I cannot connect to the internet with my mobile data. I have checked my data is switched on, I’m on a contract with loads of data available, I’ve tried taking out the sim card and putting it back in, switching from 5g auto to 4g, switching off EE as the network provider and back on again and still no joy. The network coverage appears to be fine. Can anyone help?

Does your phone show VoLTE/4G-calling when you have problems using mobile data?

Can you make calls OK?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I can make calls fine, it’s just connecting to the internet and apps.
