using an EE PAYG sim card in a tracker

Does anyone know if you can use an EE PAYG sim card in an OSMO tracker? I seem to be able to call the tracker but the tracker does not show up on the Aibeile APP and the message is : 4G GPS not enabled.

@bharry You need to purchase a data bundle for it. Any credit on the account doesn’t go towards data usage m.
