I’m on PAYG, I went into store with my passport, was there being “helped” for half an hour and they said they’d removed content lock. They didn’t. There’s loads of sites I can’t use due to this.
wasted my time and they didn’t help at all. So what now? I don’t have a credit card and the in store team don’t help

Did you test your data service in the store, in-front of store-staff, before leaving? Were you able to load the desired sites then?
Do you have some example sites you're having issues with?
