Hi @Kch1 

Because of the content lock you need to speak to EE CS on 150 and prove with a credit card that you are over 18. Alternatively you can go into store with photo ID. 

This does not bypass the Online Safety Act.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
